Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on location, courier operations, and product availability.

Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:
